The following aspects need to be considered.
Travel for non-essential purposes.
The Federal Government has banned Social sporting-based activities.
Social distancing measures.
Our duty of care to our fellow members.
QAFCA have rescheduled the AAA’s to 2021.
Blue Fin have already suspended all scheduled club fishing, including SQAFCA competitions.
Redcliffe City have indicated they will be suspending their competition.
Virginia Nundah have indicated the same.
I have been advised that the Micat have suspended passenger trips to Moreton Island.
In addition, all State Parks are closed effective immediately until 30th April 2020 or advised otherwise
Please inform your members accordingly.
All clubs need to give careful consideration to their own operations going forward.
In the meantime stay safe and let’s hope for an early return to normality.
